DTO - On the morning of December 17, Dong Thap University (ĐHĐT) organized a meeting to summarize enrollment consulting activities in 2023 and enrollment plan for 2024. Attending the event were representatives of leaders of the Department of Education and Training, high schools in the Mekong Delta.

In 2023, the university organized admission consulting activities with many diverse forms. At the same time, the university developed and implemented a plan to link and coordinate with high schools inside and outside the province to organize admission counseling and career guidance for students. Thereby, the university recruits more than 4,000 candidates, with 40 university training majors and 1 college training major. Among them, there are many new majors such as Educational Psychology, Geography, Public Management, Law, International Business, Software Technology...

In 2024, DHDT plans to enroll with more than 4,000 students and more than 40 university-level training majors, 1 college training major (Preschool education); In which, 4 new university majors are opened, including: Journalism, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Food Technology, and Construction Engineering. DHDT accepts admission applications from April 1, 2024, with independent admission methods in the following forms: high school graduation exam results; high school academic results (academic transcripts); Direct admission according to the provisions of the Admissions Regulations; Admission based on the results of the 2024 competency assessment exam of Ho Chi Minh City National University.
In particular, DHDT will organize exams and issue certificates of foreign language competency in the 6-level foreign language competency framework for Vietnam according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training. From January 2024, the university will start opening exam preparation classes for levels 3 - 5 (B1, B2, C1) and organize the first course exams on January 27, 2024.
On this occasion, the university commended and rewarded many students and lecturers who won high prizes in national, regional and international sports competitions and awards in 2023.
