On October 17 and 18, 2026, Dong Thap University, in collaboration with its affiliated training partners in Tay Ninh Province, held opening and degree awarding ceremonies for its part-time undergraduate programs in 2026. The ceremonies took place at the Tan Ninh Regional Vocational and Continuing Education Center on October 17 and the Tay Ninh Provincial Center for Continuing Education and General Technical Education on October 18.
Attending the ceremonies were Dr. Cao Dao Thep, Vice Rector of Dong Thap University; MA. Tran Thuy Nhu Phuong, Director of the Center for Training Cooperation and Professional Development; representatives of the partner institutions' leadership; lecturers; new students; and new bachelor's degree graduates.
During the ceremonies, University representatives announced admission and graduation recognition decisions and presented degrees to graduates who had successfully completed their programs. At the Tan Ninh Regional Vocational and Continuing Education Center, the ceremony also welcomed 46 new students of the 2026 intake majoring in Early Childhood Education and Primary Education.
