On August 22, Dong Thap University held the 2026 First Doctoral and Third Master’s Degree Conferment Ceremony, marking the achievements of 02 new doctoral graduates and 95 new master’s graduates following their journey of study, research, and professional development.
Attending the ceremony were Dr. Truong Tan Dat, Secretary of the Party Committee and Rector; Dr. Nguyen Quoc Vu, Vice Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ho Sy Thang, Vice Rector; along with managers and lecturers representing the University’s faculties and functional units; representatives of organizations, partners, and individuals supporting and providing consultation on postgraduate admissions; and the new doctoral and master’s graduates, accompanied by their families, relatives, and friends.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Truong Tan Dat, Rector of Dong Thap University, emphasized that the graduates’ achievements recognized their dedicated efforts in study and research, while also reflecting their perseverance, sense of responsibility, and determination to overcome challenges. These achievements also provide a foundation for the graduates to continue applying their knowledge, addressing practical issues, and creating meaningful value for their organizations, local communities, and society.
At the ceremony, the University conferred degrees upon 02 new doctoral graduates in Educational Management, 69 new master’s graduates in Educational Management, and 26 new master’s graduates in Theory and Methodology of Teaching. These results further demonstrate the continued development of postgraduate education at Dong Thap University, from master’s to doctoral levels, in connection with scientific research and the growing demand for high-quality human resources.
With more than 50 years of experience in training and professional development for teachers and educational managers, Dong Thap University continues to advance its postgraduate education, expand opportunities for advanced study and professional development, and contribute to developing high-quality human resources for the Mekong Delta region in particular and Vietnam in general.
