On February 4, the Trade Union of Dong Thap University organized the gathering program “Tet Reunion – Spring of Gratitude to the Party” on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Fire Horse 2026. The program took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere, creating an opportunity for officials and employees of the University to meet, connect, and share joy as the new year approaches.
Attending the program were representatives of the University’s leadership; the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Dong Thap University; the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the School of Education; along with representatives of affiliated and subordinate union branches.
As part of the program, the Trade Union organized a ceremony to commend and reward collectives and individuals—officials, employees, and union members—who achieved outstanding accomplishments in 2025. The activity aimed to recognize the positive contributions of Trade Union members in teaching, conducting scientific research, and guiding students to participate in and achieve good results in academic activities. This served as timely encouragement to promote creativity and enthusiasm in fulfilling assigned tasks across the University.
In addition to the commendation activities, the Trade Union visited and extended Tet greetings to retired lecturers, officials, and employees; and presented meaningful Tet gifts, demonstrating care, sharing, and solidarity within the community of Dong Thap University staff and employees.
The activity “Trade Union Year-end Meal” for the Fire Horse Tet 2026 created a cozy and intimate gathering space, contributing to strengthening unity and spreading joy and excitement during the final days of the year.
The program “Tet Reunion – Spring of Gratitude to the Party” is expected to usher in 2026 with a warm and successful new spring. Through these meaningful activities, the Trade Union continues to affirm its role in representing, supporting, and accompanying union members and employees throughout the University.
