On the morning of January 21, Dong Thap University and the CTI HSK Chinese Language System Vietnam held a cooperation signing ceremony and officially launched the CTI HSK Chinese Training and Testing Center – Mekong Delta Region.
Attending the event were Mr. Tran Anh Chung – Director of the International Chinese Language Education Development Co., Ltd.; Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc – Deputy Head of the Chinese Language Department, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, and member of the CTI HSK Vietnam Professional Council.
Representing Dong Thap University were Dr. Truong Tan Dat – Secretary of the Party Committee; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ho Van Thong – Rector; MA Cao Dao Thep – Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ho Sy Thang – Vice Rector; Dr. Nguyen Quoc Vu – Vice Rector; along with leaders of the university’s units.
According to the signed agreement, Dong Thap University officially collaborates with the CTI HSK Chinese Language System Vietnam – the exclusive global owner of the HSK examination – to launch the CTI HSK Chinese Center – Mekong Delta Region, located directly on the university campus.
The establishment of the CTI HSK Chinese Training Center – Mekong Delta Region at Dong Thap University marks an important milestone in enhancing foreign language training quality, enabling students, learners, and workers in the region to access standardized, internationally recognized Chinese language programs right in their locality.
