In the 2024–2025 academic year, Dong Thap University successfully achieved accreditation for six academic programs, including 3 undergraduate and 3 master's programs.
The university conducted a self-assessment in accordance with its planned schedule. Between November 15, 2024, and July 10, 2025, the External Evaluation Expert Team from VNU Center for Education Accreditation - Hanoi carried out both preliminary and official evaluations.
On the morning of August 28, 2025, the Education Quality Accreditation Council of the VNU Center for Education Accreditation - Hanoi held its 38th meeting, chaired by Associate Professor Dr. Dinh Van Toan, Chairman of the Council.
During the session, the Council listened to reports from Dong Thap University’s leadership on the outcomes of the self-assessment and the university’s continuous improvement efforts. Following the discussion on future directions, the Council unanimously approved the accreditation results with 100% of votes in favor.
This achievement marks a proud milestone for Dong Thap University in its commitment to quality assurance, reflecting its educational philosophy of “Constructivist - Professional - Integrated.” The official announcement and certificate presentation ceremony will be held in accordance with regulations at the soonest appropriate time.
