DThU - On August 25, Dong Thap University welcomed a delegation from Vilaco Group (Viet International Labour Joint Stock Company) for a working session.
The session was attended by Mr. Huynh Ngoc Khoan – Deputy General Director for the Southern Region, along with other members of the delegation. Representing Dong Thap University was Mr. Cao Dao Thep – Vice Rector, along with leaders from relevant units.
During the meeting, both sides discussed practical proposals aimed at supporting students in career orientation, developing soft skills, and improving interview techniques through specialized topics coordinated by the enterprise. Vilaco Group shared plans to organize seminars, panel discussions, and hands-on experiential activities to provide students with early exposure to professional working environments.
Additionally, the discussion covered internship and employment opportunities abroad, particularly in European countries, in fields such as food technology and agriculture. Vilaco also plans to offer German language classes with tuition subsidies for students who plan to work in Germany.
This working session marks an initial step for the university and the company to explore and identify suitable areas of collaboration, with the goal of creating more learning and employment opportunities for Dong Thap University students in the near future.
