On the afternoon of July 4, 2025, Dong Thap University held a meeting at Hall H1 to implement the first-round disbursement of living expense allowances for education students, pursuant to Government Decree No. 116/2020/NĐ-CP.
Attending the meeting were representatives of the University’s leadership; representatives from the Office of Party Affairs and Student Affairs and the Office of Planning and Finance; as well as leaders and student affairs officers from the following faculties: Primary and Preschool Education, Natural Sciences Education, Social Sciences Education, Physical Education and Arts Education, Mathematics and Informatics Education, Political and Educational Management, and Foreign Languages.
Representing the students were the class secretaries and monitors of teacher education programs from cohorts 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 currently studying at the university.
During the meeting, representatives of the relevant units provided detailed information on the disbursement of living expense allowances funded by the State budget under Decree 116. They also listened to and addressed student questions, proposals, and concerns.
The meeting demonstrated the University's commitment and responsibility in implementing policies to support teacher education students, thereby creating favorable conditions for them to focus on their studies, training, and overall development.
