On March 25, Dong Thap University hosted a working session with Hanny Daegu University (South Korea) to strengthen international cooperation, develop new academic programs, and enhance teaching quality.
Representing Hanny Daegu University were Mr. Kwun KeeChan, Director of the Lifelong Education Institute, and accompanying delegates. Dong Thap University’s delegation included Mr. Cao Dao Thep, Vice Rector, and representatives from relevant departments.
During the meeting, the two universities discussed potential collaborations in K-Beauty—a promising training field—as well as expanding joint research and academic programs in smart agriculture, biotechnology, and food technology. They also exchanged ideas on faculty and student exchange programs, Korean language training, internships, and practical learning opportunities for students.
The meeting was held in a constructive and open atmosphere, reflecting the long-term cooperative spirit between the two institutions. With the proposed initiatives, Dong Thap University and Hanny Daegu University aim to soon implement concrete collaborative programs, creating more learning, research, and career development opportunities for students and faculty in the future.
