DONG THAP UNIVERSITY CONFERS DEGREES ON 346 NEW MASTER’S GRADUATES FROM COHORTS 10 AND 11

On the afternoon of March 1, Dong Thap University solemnly held the Graduation Ceremony for 346 master's graduates from cohorts 10 and 11. The graduates completed programs in Educational Management, Theory and Methodology of Teaching Mathematics, Primary Education, Theoretical Chemistry & Physical Chemistry, Vietnamese Language, and Vietnamese History. The ceremony was held in a formal atmosphere, with the presence of representatives from educational units, school leaders from provinces, the new graduates, and their families.

Attending the ceremony from Dong Thap University were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ho Van Thong - Rector; Dr. Nguyen Quoc Vu - Vice Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ho Sy Thang - Vice Rector; and Meritorious Teacher, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van De - Chairman of the University Council for Science and Training, along with heads of departments, faculties, and graduate programs.

In his remarks, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ho Van Thong congratulated the new master’s graduates on successfully completing their programs and earning their degrees. He expressed gratitude to the graduates' families and the university’s faculty for their support and dedication. He also encouraged the graduates to pursue continued learning and research at higher levels, contributing positively to the community and society.

Representing the graduates, Mr. Truong Minh Tan - a master's graduate in Educational Management, shared his pride in receiving his degree and expressed heartfelt thanks to Dong Thap University, the faculty, and his family for their unwavering support and motivation throughout his academic journey.

With nearly 50 years of experience in training teachers and education managers and over two decades of integration and development, Dong Thap University has earned a solid reputation in postgraduate education, particularly in the fields of Educational Management, Teaching Methodology for Mathematics, Primary Education, Theoretical Chemistry & Physical Chemistry, Vietnamese Language, and Vietnamese History.

Currently, the university offers 3 doctoral programs (Educational Management, Teaching Methodology for Mathematics, and Theoretical Chemistry & Physical Chemistry) and 18 master’s programs, meeting the advanced educational needs of lecturers, and teachers in the Mekong Delta and across the country. The university is currently training 48 doctoral candidates and 1,355 master's students. Notably, in the 2024 - 2025 academic year, Dong Thap University conferred doctoral degrees to two graduates in Educational Management.
