From March 7 to 11, 2025, a delegation from Dong Thap University, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ho Van Thong, Rector of the university, paid a working visit to Minghsin University of Science and Technology in Taiwan (China).
The delegation was warmly received by Mr. Lü Ming-Feng, President of Minghsin University of Science and Technology. Also in attendance were representatives from St. John’s University, DAIKIN University of Science and Technology, Fo Guang University, and Kun Shan University of Science and Technology.
The visit aimed to strengthen cooperative relations between Dong Thap University and Minghsin University of Science and Technology in key areas such as joint training programs, student and faculty exchange, research collaboration, and technology transfer. It also provided an opportunity to learn from advanced educational models currently being implemented at Minghsin University, thereby contributing to the enhancement of teaching and research quality at both institutions.
During the working session, Dong Thap University signed Memoranda of Understanding with Minghsin University of Science and Technology, St. John’s University, and the International Talent and Advanced Cultivation Training Base (ITACT Base). These agreements mark a significant step forward in developing high-quality human resources and promoting joint scientific research initiatives.
