On October 19th, 2024, Dong Thap University held a graduation ceremony to grant degrees to new BA holders who successfully finished their in-service training courses. The ceremony took place in a solemn atmosphere, drawing the participation of representatives of Partners, representatives of the University Leaders, of University’s offices and departments, faculties and many staff, lecturers, students and the students’ family members.
Speaking at the ceremony, Nguyen Quoc Vu, Dr., Vice Rector of Dong Thap University stressed: “Today ceremony is a milestone for the BA holders to not only be honored for their learning efforts, but also to start a new journey with many responsibilities and development opportunities ahead. Dong Thap University is proud of having contributed to fostering the necessary knowledge and skills for the students who could successfully conquer future success.”
Nguyen Quoc Vu also emphasized the role of the University in supporting learners, helping them keep good balance between work and study, by adding that “Dong Thap University is always ready to create favorable conditions for students to acquire knowledge and practice skills, helping them better meet the society’s increasing requirements.”
In an emotional atmosphere, the new graduates expressed their deep gratitude to the University’s Leaders, lecturers, family members and friends. In her short thanking speech, Trinh Thi Ngoc Hue, a new BA holder, representing the class of Maths Teacher Education 22-L2-Kh, expressed her appreciation for the support from teachers, family members and friends during her study period. She shared memorable learning memories experienced with the University and asserted her determination to apply knowledge to reality, thus making positive contributions to society’s development.
