On the morning of October 13, 2024, Dong Thap University held the opening ceremony for its part-time training programs at the university. The event took place at Hall H1 of Dong Thap University.
Attending the ceremony on behalf of Dong Thap University were Dr. Nguyen Quoc Vu – Vice Rector of Dong Thap University; Dr. Nguyen Van Dung, Rector of the Faculty of Education at Dong Thap University; M.A. Tran Thụy Nhu Phuong, Director of the Center for Educational Joint and Vocational Training; M.A. Nguyen Thi Kim Lan, Deputy Head of the Quality Assurance Department; Dr. Nguyen Thi Kieu, Head of the Department of Primary Education – Preschool; Dr. Tran Thanh Van, Deputy Head of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at the Faculty of Education, along with staff members from various departments and faculties at Dong Thap University, and 393 new students admitted to the 2024 part-time training programs at the university.
The ceremony took place in a warm and formal atmosphere, fostering a connection between the university and the students. After the opening ceremony, the staff of the Center for Educational Joint and Vocational Training (Dong Thap University) conducted an orientation session to explain the rules and regulations to the new students.
Upon completion of their courses, students will be equipped with the essential skills and knowledge to meet the professional standards required in the current general education curriculum. This program offers an opportunity for students to enhance their knowledge, develop their self-learning and research abilities, and adapt to the changing demands of the education system.
