The National Math Olympiad for Students is an annual event aimed at enhancing the quality of math teaching and learning, fostering a love for math among students, and identifying and nurturing talented math students from universities, academies, colleges, and specialized high schools across the country. Each year, the Vietnam Mathematical Society, the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association collaborate with a local university, academy, or college to host this event.
