The program aimed to heighten awareness about developmental disorders in children, encompassing disorders such as autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and intellectual disabilities. Concepts and identifying markers, along with cognitive, linguistic, and behavioral traits of developmental disorders, were discussed and elucidated in a precise and lucid manner.
Furthermore, the event focused on elevating understanding of educational models tailored for children with developmental disorders. These encompassed specialized education, inclusive education, and partially inclusive education. Educators and preschool teachers received guidance on cultivating interactive skills with children through enjoyable activities and home-based engagements, thereby fostering conducive conditions for linguistic and cognitive development in children.
