The Services Management Center has previously convened a gathering of boarding students for the academic year 2022–2023 and handled the election of heads and deputy heads of the rooms. The Center has also met with the rooms’ representatives to listen to the students' concerns and expectations regarding the living and learning environments on campus.

During the meeting, representatives of the Center and related units sent the students messages of cordial greetings and regards about their students’ lives, listened to their thoughts, expectations and simultaneously responded to any arising questions or enquiries.

In the warm traditional Tet atmosphere, the school also offered presents to priority students as well as to Laotian and Vietnamese students who are given priority for accommodation on campus. Dong Thap University constantly tries its best to assist students, particularly the beneficiaries, in accordance with government policies.
