On the morning of December 27, Dong Thap University in collaboration with Samar State University (Philippines) held an international conference on Natural Science and Environment" in offline and online forms with 21 articles printed in the Conference Proceedings and 06 presentations at the conference.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Minh Gian, Vice Rector of Dong Thap University; Dr. Marilyn Cardoso, President of Samar State University (Philippines) and more than 50 delegates from universities, research institutes in Vietnam and from Samar State University (Philippines) attended the conference.

In the opening speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Minh Gian, Vice Rector of Dong Thap University emphasized “With the desire to complete the mission, integrate with the higher education system in the region, Dong Thap University always pays special attention to scientific research by specific plans. We believe that our scientists will have the opportunity to discuss deeply about issues that we are interested in and can cooperate in the future, especially the natural sciences and environment through this forum”.

The International Conference on "Natural sciences and the environment" received 30 papers of scientists from 19 universities, research institutes of Vietnam and Samar State University. After the editing procedure, the organizers selected 21 full articles in the Proceedings of the conference and 06 papers to present at the conference.
