On the morning of July 25, 2026, the Foreign Languages and Informatics Center of Dong Thap University (DThU-FLIC) formally opened the VSTEP (Vietnamese Standardized Test of English Proficiency), taking place over two days, July 25 and 26, 2026. This is the July 2026 VSTEP Exam Session, implemented under the University’s 2026 plan for organizing English proficiency assessments aligned with 6-Level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam.
The exam attracted 586 registered candidates, aiming to be certified in English proficiency for purposes such as graduate admission evaluation, university entrance, undergraduate graduation assessment, recruitment examinations, obtaining certificates for submitting to the English‑teaching licensing competency portfolio, and meeting job requirements. Notably, this session includes 07 candidates from the U60 group, 07 high school students and 02 Filipinos. Many candidates shared that they chose to take the exam at Dong Thap University because of the friendliness and professionalism of the exam administration.
With thorough preparation, strict and safe exam procedures, and dedicated support from faculty members and student volunteers, candidates entered the exam with confidence and comfort, enabling them to perform well and achieve their expected results.
📅 According to the plan, the DThU-FLIC continues to accept applications for the August 2026 VSTEP Examination until August 14, 2026.
