On July 3, Dong Thap University organized a working session with the delegation from Esuhai Co., Ltd. Within the framework of the program, the two units signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in training, counseling, career orientation, and job placement for students.
Attending the program, the delegation of Esuhai Co., Ltd. was led by Mr. Nguyen Xuan Lanh – Deputy General Director of Esuhai Co., Ltd., together with other members. Representing Dong Thap University were Mr. Cao Dao Thep – Vice Rector; leaders of the Office of International Cooperation and Communications, faculties, units, and students from relevant majors.
During the program, Esuhai Co., Ltd. introduced to students various contents related to studying, interning, and working in Japan. The session provided guidance on career orientation, requirements for professional competencies, Japanese language proficiency, workplace etiquette, adaptability skills in Japanese enterprises, and essential conditions for students to prepare for their future learning, training, and working journey.
In the working session between the two units, Dong Thap University and Esuhai Co., Ltd. officially signed the Memorandum of Understanding. According to the agreed contents, the two sides will coordinate in implementing activities related to career counseling and orientation; Japanese language training and improvement; developing working skills in Japanese enterprise environments; and connecting internship and employment opportunities in Japan for students who meet the required conditions and competencies.
The Memorandum of Understanding aims to build a value chain of “training – employment – post-training support” in a systematic, transparent, and sustainable manner. On this basis, both sides will work together to enhance the quality of human resources following Japanese standards, with a focus on developing learners’ professional competencies, foreign language skills, discipline, work ethics, and adaptability in international working environments.
In addition, the parties will collaborate to develop specific programs and projects for each phase; strengthen communication, enrollment counseling, learner engagement, and accompany students throughout their learning, training, and career orientation process. Esuhai Co., Ltd. will play the role of a connector between the University, Japanese enterprises, and students, supporting students in accessing recruitment opportunities that match the needs of the labor market.
