Ceremony of starting the course on practicing Vietnamese at advanced level for foreign students

On 12/15/2014, the ceremony of starting the course on practicing Vietnamese at advanced level and learning about Vietnamese culture - history for a group of 10 students from Walailak University, Thailand was held by Dong Thap University (DThU).
Attending the ceremony, at DThU side, there were Dr. Nguyen van Ban – Vice Rector; Dr. Le Huong Giang – Dean of Literature – History – Geography Teacher Education Faculty; Dr. Nguyen Trong Minh – Dean of Culture – Tourism Faculty, together with lecturers and students from the two faculties.

Representing Walailak University, Thailand, there were Ms. Nguyen Thi Chiem – lecturer and 10 students who are going to take the course at DThU.
At the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Van Ban warmly welcomed the students coming and studying at DThU, expressed his wish that  the students will be active in learning about Vietnamese culture –history in order to much more develop their  Vietnamese competence. DThU will create the most favorable conditions so that the 10 students can complete the course with best achievements in the period of studying  at DThU. 
In response, Ms. Nguyen Thi Chiem expressed her thank-you to DThU’s hospitality, recommending the students to DThU’s training, hoping the cooperative relationship between the two university in particular and the two countries in general will be better and better.
