On August 24th, Dong Thap University hosted the delegation from Kyungwoon University, led by Ms. Chung Ju-Young, Director of the International Affairs Office.

Participating in the event were Mr. Cao Dao Thép, Vice Rector of Dong Thap University; Ms. Nguyen Anh Thu, Head of the International Affairs Office; Mr. Pham Van Hiep, Head of Student Affairs and Communication Office; Mr. Quach Kha Quang, Deputy Head of the International Affairs Office; along with relevant units.

Representatives from both institutions engaged in discussions and shared information, as well as proposed collaborative activities with promising prospects for the future. These proposals encompassed specific plans, including discussions on the contents of the memorandum of agreement between the two universities, plans for student exchanges, and the inauguration of a Korea Corner at Dong Thap University. Noteworthy among these discussions was the collaboration in the King Sejong Academy project at the university, which promises valuable learning and research opportunities for students.
Furthermore, the goal of Dong Thap University extends beyond creating appealing cooperative opportunities; it seeks to foster a diverse and enriching learning environment. This objective was underscored by the official inauguration of the "Korea Corner" in the English Hangout (H1 building) of the university. This space will not only facilitate a profound engagement with Korean culture for students but also through captivating interactive activities and beneficial educational programs.

The collaboration between Dong Thap University and Kyungwoon University not only facilitates exchange and learning but also marks a significant milestone in broadening diverse learning opportunities for students. This collaboration contributes to enhancing the quality of education and opening doors to new opportunities, ranging from the King Sejong Academy project at Dong Thap University to internationally-oriented courses and training programs. 
In the near future, both institutions commit to further developing and enhancing engaging collaborative initiatives that bring advantages to both sides. This commitment also contributes to fostering cultural understanding and international collaboration between the two nations.
