Education & Times - In the academic year 2022 - 2023, Dong Thap University published over 300 articles in domestic and international scientific journals.

Specifically, in the academic year 2022 - 2023, Dong Thap University implemented 117 new research projects, of which there were 6 projects of ministry level, 38 of university level, and 73 of students’ scientific research.
Especially, the university has published more than 300 research articles in national and international scientific journals. Among the number of articles, 62 of them were published in scientific journals of WoS and Scopus indexes.

Regarding the operation of the scientific journal of Dong Thap University, the journal was re-granted two licenses by the Ministry of Information and Communications: a license for the print journal and a new license for the electronic journal on November 25, 2022.
Beside the ISSN 0866-7675 of the printed journal issued in 2012, the electronic journal was granted an electronic ISSN index, the eISSN 2815-567X, by the National Agency for Science and Technology Information on February 3, 2023.
The school has built and put into use the online magazine publishing website system since June 2023.
Since its establishment, the Journal has published 1,046 research articles. Particularly in the academic year 2022 – 2023 alone, the Journal has published 9 issues with 118 articles. All published journal articles are assigned the digital object identifier DOI, and are indexed in the Google Scholar system.
The university is currently continuing to implement a project to improve the quality of the journal in order for the Scientific Journal of Dong Thap University to join the Southeast Asia citation index - ACI.
