In the morning of July 23rd, Dong Thap University hosted the commencement ceremony for the second term of 2023's in-service training programs, welcoming over 180 students.

Present at the ceremony were Dr. Truong Tan Dat, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the University Council; Ms. Tran Thuy Nhu Phuong, Deputy Director of the Training Partnership and Teacher Professional Development Center; along with representatives from various faculties and relevant departments.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Truong Tan Dat extended his congratulatory message to the 180 students who were successfully admitted to the in-service training programs for the second term of 2023. Dr. Truong Tan Dat expressed his hopes that these students would overcome all challenges in their learning journey, acquire additional knowledge, complete the courses, and effectively meet the demands of their professional careers.
