DThU - On August 17, Dong Thap University held a Welcome Meeting for a delegation of lecturers and students from Chuxiong Normal University, China. The event marked the beginning of a series of in-person exchanges between lecturers and students of the two universities as part of the program held in Dong Thap.

DThU - On August 15, at the Consensus Meeting Room, Dong Thap University held the Opening Ceremony of its 2026 Staff Recruitment Examination.

According to the July 2026 Webometrics Ranking, Dong Thap University ranked 35th among higher education institutions in Vietnam and 2nd among universities in the Mekong Delta region. This result recognizes the University’s efforts to enhance the quality of education, scientific research, digital transformation, and knowledge dissemination in the digital environment.

DThU - On August 9, Dong Thap University organized the Conference on Postgraduate Education 2026. The Conference brought together experts, scholars, and representatives from higher education institutions offering postgraduate programs, as well as lecturers involved in teaching and supervising master’s students and doctoral candidates.

DThU - On August 8, Dong Thap University, in collaboration with Can Tho University, Kien Giang University, and the Vietnam Journal of Education, organized the National Scientific Conference on “Teacher Education to Meet the Social Needs of the Mekong Delta Region.”
